Subscription terms
General framework
Access to services provided on the docu-labs.com site is subject to creating a customer account and subscribing to a monthly subscription. By validating registration and activating the service, the client acknowledges having read these terms and accepts them without reservation. This acceptance is manifested by a checkbox during the registration process.
Subscription description
The offer consists of two formulas:
A two-day trial period is offered for €1.49 TTC. Without termination at the end of this period, the Premium subscription is automatically renewed.
Registration procedure
To subscribe, the client must:
Account validation is effective upon receipt of payment. The client is required to keep their information up to date in their personal space.
Payment
Payment is due upon subscription, by bank card, via a secure interface. In case of transaction refusal, the order is cancelled. Invoices are available in the client area.
Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services provided immediately and with the express consent of the professional client. By accepting service execution before the expiry of the 14-day period, the client waives their right of withdrawal.
Termination
The subscription can be terminated at any time from the personal space or from the site's home page. Termination takes effect immediately. No refund is granted for a month already started.
Refund
The services offered by docu-labs.com are mostly accessible immediately after the order validation (particularly access to documents or digital information tools), no refund will be granted once the service has started or been performed, except in case of proven malfunction attributable to the Service Provider.
In case of technical anomaly or error during service execution, the Client can contact customer support at support@docu-labs.com within 7 days following the order, to formulate a reasoned complaint. Each request will be subject to individualized analysis.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a refund if the service has been provided correctly, in accordance with the Client's order.

Applicable law
These terms are subject to English law. In case of dispute, only the French and English versions of the conditions are authoritative.
